UK & Europe

Send your unit for repair and return.

European customers can send their own used TCM or mechatronic to our UK workshop. The customer arranges and pays the courier in both directions. For cross-border shipments, declare the movement accurately as repair and return, not a sale.

Shipping cost

Customer pays carriage both ways.

You choose and pay the courier to our Halesowen workshop and you also pay the return courier. You can place a prepaid tracked return label in the box or email the return label before the repaired unit is ready to leave.

The repair prices published on this website do not include outbound or return courier charges.

Courier description

Suggested plain-language description
Used automotive transmission control unit / mechatronic temporarily sent to the United Kingdom for repair and return to owner. No sale. Ownership unchanged.

Use your courier's repair-and-return, temporary export or outward-processing option where applicable. Keep the original export documents because they may be needed when the repaired unit comes back.

Do not do this

  • Do not mark it as a gift.
  • Do not deliberately understate the value.
  • Do not describe a used unit as a new retail purchase.
  • Do not discard the export / tracking paperwork before the unit returns.

What to put in the box

  • Your name, phone and email
  • Vehicle make, model and registration / VIN if available
  • TCM / mechatronic part number
  • Exact fault code and scanner wording
  • Selected service: Standard or Same-Day Priority
  • Your return shipping instructions and prepaid tracked return label, or arrange to email the return label before dispatch
